Complete scam Complete scam, they will send you a product with terrible quality and only offer a 15% refund when you must also pay for the return shipping. Other reviews here also sound fake. Avoid this company at all costs. If the return policy is "flexible and accommodating" then why do you only offer us a 15% refund? If you stand by the quality of your products you obviously wouldn't have the cost to return / ship the product outweigh the refund. You also responded at 1 am central time, it's obvious this is just a Chinese knockoff scam company.

This fixture is undeniably beautiful This fixture is undeniably beautiful, truly living up to its description. The gold edge, which I was initially unsure about from the photos, adds an elegant touch without appearing cheap. However, I must admit I'm not a fan of the cord. Unlike the blue/purple fixture, where the cord is black and blends in seamlessly, this one has a whitish cord that doesn't quite match. I'm contemplating painting it gold to better coordinate with the fixture. Despite minor issue, it looks very nice in our hallway.

I purchased two of these for the front… I purchased two of these for the front hallway during a renovation. The gold finishes add a touch of glamour, beautifully executed. Assembly was straightforward, excellent value for the price!

I installed one of these lights in our… I installed one of these lights in our bedroom and another in our toddler son's room. They provide excellent lighting and look quite nice once assembled. However, assembly required more effort than I anticipated, particularly when wrapping the skeleton for the shade. Mine came with a dual-colored light feature, alternating between soft off-white and fluorescent white each time it's turned on and off. While it's a cool feature, we mainly use the soft lighting option.

I placed this light near my front door… I placed this light near my front door for a welcoming entrance. Despite being made of glass, it's surprisingly durable. The wire blends in seamlessly, and its adjustable length adds versatility. It's not overly small like a pendant light, striking a perfect balance between discreetness and visibility. Installation was a breeze, simply pop in a bulb and easy to clean when needed.
