Slow shipping Slow shipping. Its been a week since the order and it supposedly got shipped yesterday, though tracking only shows "information sent to UPS", so who knows when I will get it.

Shipping label created on the 13th but… Update: They let me know that they had made a mistake and got it shipped out today. Good customer service. Shipping label created on the 13th but item never shipped. Contacted via the support email. Received a quick reply that packages hadn't went out yet and would ship on the 18th. It's now the 19th and still does not show that it has been shipped. Hard to review an item I have yet to receive.

Money well spent Curien is a company that stands by their products. I didn't think much about the review I left here, but Curien LLC went out of their way to find out what my problem was. Since then I've grown to love the brand 1000% more. Curien understands that using multimeters can be difficult and not everyone is comfortable with using a multimeter. I love the fact that Curien responds to customer feedback and actually wants to talk to the end user. Too many companies today are quick to say "I don't have time for, talk to this guy".

Absolutely fantastic and versatile… Absolutely fantastic and versatile meter. Not many tools get better over time with updates, without having to upgrade to the latest model. Quality materials and very user friendly. Certainly will be purchasing a second and looking forward to getting my hands on the F1 as I’m currently studying EV
