Keep Coming Back I've purchased research chemicals from Umbrella Labs for years. I've always received their products in a timely manner. Orders are sometimes shipped out the same day. Customer service can be a little slow, but I suspect that's due to being a busy small business with limited staff, so I'm not marking them down for that. When talking to them, they've always been friendly and professional. I highly recommend them for all of your research needs.

I ordered liquid CRL-40,941… I ordered liquid CRL-40,941 (flmodafinil) and I am always worried at first trying a new company, but I saw they take CC as a payment option and decided to give them a go. So glad I did!!! The order was shipped out to me same day. I ordered priority mail and it was originally going to show up on saturday (2 days later) but was delayed a few extra days but that is no fault of the vendor, USPS just sucks. But I highly recommend Umbrella Labs!! I really appreciate the fast shipping! Keep up the good work!

Wont go anywhere else.. Ive ordered from this supplier about 7times, and every single time the order is shipped extremely quick , the product is dosed correctly and it comes to my door within 4-5days to Massachusetts. Ive gone through other suppliers and products were dosed poorly, so ill continue with umbrella Labs...

Empty jar and no refund. I talked to a representative at umbrella and I explained that I received an empty jar and I want a refund, she responded that they don’t refund my money. What else can I do when dealing with scammers.
