Tattletale by far the right stuff This company has been in business for awhile,and it shows. I'm very pleased with how things are working out with the base unit and external sensors. Seems to be on top of it and having the cellular service works great.

Great Customer Support I have owned one commercial Tattletale system and I currently own two residential Tattletale systems for vacation rental homes. The systems seem to work as expected but I don't find the system logic or documentation to be particularly consumer friendly. For example I can assign simple names to sensors (e.g. Hallway) but if the alarm is triggered, the monitoring service will tell me I have a Zone 22 alarm. What does that mean? I have only recommended this product to friends who are tech savvy. The customer support is always very friendly and helpful.
