As most of my orders required some customization due to having very old and rare frames, I was really surprised how good the customer service was. Oscar G reached out to me directly as the optician taking care of my lenses and was always very professional and quick to reply with great recommendations. He also helped me get some clear lenses I needed for my work. Overall, amazing experience and I can't recommend Oscar and the company any more highly. Thank you!

GBGreat persistence to get it right I had a troublesome progressive prescription and SportRX was persistent in getting it right. They had to make several attempts at the lenses and kept trying until they got it exact. They never tried to send me something that wasn't completely correct, and I was kept informed the entire time. SportRX is not the cheap solution, but if you want top quality lenses, they're the choice.

GBSportRX customer service is amazing. A frame broke on a pair of prescription sunglasses I had purchased from SportRX. I reached out to see if they could be repaired or replaced. SportRX customer S\service representative promptly replied to my email with a prepaid USPS return shipping. The broken frames were replaced and I had my glasses back in less than a week. Amazing service.

GBJust received my relensed Oakley… Just received my relensed Oakley prescription sunglasses from SportRx, and I couldn't be happier. The genuine Oakley Prizm "Everyday" 24k premium progressives are perfect -- the central (distant) vision is properly placed, unlike my plain progressive glasses that I have to pull down on my nose to see clearly while driving or watching TV/movies. And the price was more than $100 less than what I would have paid using my employer's "vision plan". I mailed my frame on May 18, received my new glasses on June 4. After accounting for the transit time, just two weeks turnaround as expected.
