GBGood I ordered an outdoor dining table and a patio seating set, and both came in good condition, but I don't recommend paying a $49 extra shipping fee for faster delivery. My furniture took the same time as the first one.

GBIt's been 9 days since I submitted my… It's been 9 days since I submitted my order. I received an email from FedEx stating my item has been shipped and then after no updated. I payed for a service and a product up front and I have yet to receive either my product or any form of customer support. Edit: Home & Decor promptly made contact to explain the situation with my order. The representative went as far to call me personally to give me an update and apologize. Slightly delayed but my item will come in just in time for the holiday.

GBThe rep asked me for the information he… The rep asked me for the information he needed to immediately answer my question. During the phone conversation the call dropped. I thought, oh, no, I'm going to have to call back and repeat the process with another rep. Within a few seconds, to my delight and surprise, the rep called me back and we completed the process. The process was quick and efficient, which is something lacking in today's world, unfortunately. He was also very kind and polite. Thank you!

GBIncorrect Pricing The items I ordered were priced incorrectly and I was offered $10 off for the inconvenience. My order went from being a little over $400 to a little over $700. As a business owner, this is a mistake I would have expected the company to own and fix moving forward, but not make it the customer's dilemma. Wasn't a great feeling.
