This ring is super comfortable This ring is super comfortable. The main reason to buy this one was to track the sleep. I was looking for other options but ringconn was unique due to the price, no subscription fee app and moderate design. The data and trend seems pretty close to my apple watch 9.I ordered the size 8, which fits perfectly. The only suggestion I can give them is to come up with some more options of the ring protector. It comes with 3 transparent one but I have recently ordered a different one from Amazon.

Great value for money with some tweaks needed here and there The whole pipeline from receiving the size kit to the actually ring was super smooth! The ring itself is very robust! Using it for more than 3 months now, I haven’t experienced any issues! The app is constantly improving to include new features! Great sleep tracking but the steps counter algorithm could use some refinement! It counts more steps than it should. Overall very good experience so far and great value for money!

Fuss free replacement A replacement was given without much fuss after proper verification and a return label was given too. However, am a bit skeptical that there's already an issue with the ring/charger less than 4 months from purchase. So if the new ring needs a replacement again in another 4months, should RingConn review their warranty policy? As currently, the ring is only under 1 year warranty but this will not be reasonable if a replacement is needed every few months. So we will wait and see.

Overall this ring is great! Overall this ring is great!! I do wish there was some sort of gauge /alert on the actual ring, when the battery is running low (vs having to check the app) Also more ‘activity’ measuring is a must! That is being worked on (i.e. measuring output of running, aerobic classes, Elliptical, Pilates, Biking….)

I ordered three rings I ordered three rings. One of the ring size was not accurate. There’s no way to return the ring. I was told that I cannot return the ring because I chose the size. Please note an American seven fits me perfect this particular rain fits on my pinky finger horrible horrible service
