GBVery happy I purchased our second watch. I had to contact customer service to transfer service and they were polite, fast and efficient. We are up and running and happy to have a screen protector that we also purchased to prevent cracking another screen.

GBXmas gift for 10 year old We bought this for our 10 year old as a way for him to contact us when he takes his bike around the block or is at a friend's house. We love that it now includes texting to those other contacts. Sometimes the phone calls aren't very clear and there is an issue with the live tracking, it sometimes doesn't work... unsure if that is more likely to happen when the battery is low. Overall we like it and so does he!
