If there is an issue with my order or their products my customer Rep is always available to help with any issues. If she is not, she lets me know who I can contact.

GBOnly (US) company that makes specific product Azer is the only company who makes a specific product that our lab needs, their prices were obviously waaay cheaper than going through the "big ones" that simply buy Azer products and re-sell. Quick delivery, despite the ongoing shortages around the country and the world.

GBShipping Mishap We placed an order and when it was received several boxes were destroyed and repacked by FedEx, which is no fault of Azer's. We could not use these boxes due to the lack of labeling. Amanda was extremely helpful getting these boxes replaced in a timely manner.
