The shipping was unbelievably fast considering it had to come all the way across the US. The Full Spectrum Sleep and Pain gummies had a really good flavor as long as you didn't let them sit in your mouth too long. I have a pretty strong tolerance so I ate two gummies and surprisingly it took away most of my pain for at least a couple of hours. I forgot to keep track of that LOL.
