This is the second time I've ordered… This is the second time I've ordered from this company. Both times I received merchandise that was broken. Very disappointing. Secondly, this time they got my order wrong and sent me some stupid cat paw pipe instead of a glass bubbler. This cat paw pipe was a pathetic piece of trash compared to the bubbler I bought and then when I try to get in touch they make it impossible. I will never order from them again very unprofessional and all around bad company. They say they are American but I received my package and it was all Chinese newspapers inside for the stuffing. Very very very unhappy with my experience.

I was a couple orders back I was trying to lookup the order details on my email so I go to my search bar and type smoking cat, when it didn't bring up.the email... no show.. call me a tech cave man but it's awsome.
