I had a middling experience with… I had a middling experience with Smokingcats.com. The customer service from their team embers was adequate, however felt quite standardized. I found it strange that there was a lack of genuine character to the assistance they provided. The selection of products wasn't huge, but certaimnly had the necessary goods. Unfortunately, it was tough to find what you need. Comparing prices was difficult and impossible to do as they all seemed raather similar, although that could be just my impression. All in all, it was pretty avarage and certainly not the best but could have been much worse.

Only delivered 1/2 the order order #SC8653 I ordered 2 packs of 3 burners each. So far only 1 3-pack has arrived. The e-mail in the main page is not working and is returned. I will deal with this on the credit card if I don't get immediate fulfillment of the complete order.
