This was the worst company I ever dealt with This was the worst communication from a company ever. I purchased power station from them add said they ship worldwide. After excepting. My order they informed me they do not ship to ireland and I shoud cancel my order on ebay I declined and gave them a UK address once again they informed me they do not ship to UK and if I had a German address they could deliver it there . Then after I complained to ebay they cancelled my order .

Well..I never received the item. Well..I never received the item.. so can't really review it.. money was charged to my card so I paid for it.. contacted the company and they Said they'd send another.. but haven't gotten it or haven't received any notification that it has been.. It's been two weeks..I was even waiting to fill this out because I wanted to give them a chance. I even offered to pay for another at the sale price I got the original one at..

Pretty good product… Well so far I can't find anything wrong everything that y'all have done with this solar generator has been great with one exception and that is I don't know about the solar generator for I have not tried it yet or at least the solar panels to see how long it takes to charge so that will be in my next report otherwise everything has been top notch and I don't just say this lightly because I usually don't give feedback about anything. Y'all keep up the good work. I would also like to say that I cannot remember exactly what date that I got this so the date below may not be the exact time that I received it. I would also like to add that you cannot get an extension cord other than what comes with the product. I have tried to get extra extension cord and they said it can't be done which doesn't make any sense because one that I was going to get had a 30 ft cord to go with it so go figure. Besides that everything has been fantastic I would just like to be able to extend my solar panel farther from the generator itself.

I bought the vtoman x7 with air… I bought the vtoman x7 with air compressor,and a jump starter,4250 amp, portable car starter,I bought it on january 10,2024 now I used it today april 23, 2024 for the first time, went to put air on my car tires, and all of the sudden on my second tire,a bunch of smoke started coming out , it got fried,no idea why, now I cannot use it, went up in smoke,the bad thing now is that I got it on amazon,and you only get a 30 day refund, after the 30 days, there is nothing you can do,I'm sad and disappointed, I'm still trying to see if I can get atleast another one, I'm pretty much sure they will not refund me,I'm still having trouble looking for someone to help me, 😢

After research l decided upon this unit… After research l decided upon this unit based upon Total Combined Amphrs, Recharge Time utilizing Solor vs. Wall plug. I've been using it now for two years, Full Time 24/7/365. Its been great. I run my Frig/Freezer (24/7) TV, computer, lights, waterpump, shower pump. It's great on a cold day or night it runs my 400watt heater without any issues.
