GBI had had good service in the past but when… I had had good service in the past when I ordered masks. However, recently, I started an order, but had neglected to keep my password. When I followed the instructions to create a new password, I never received an email to reset the password, even after waiting the "at least 10 minute" period they recommended. I tried this multiple times over about 5 days. Because I have an account with them, I cannot get an order sent because I haven't received the email to reset my password. I checked my junk mail and it never came through there either.
