GBGreat service Great service - I wasn’t home when they delivered, but they located the gas bottles at the rear of the house, disconnected and removed the empty bottles and connected the refilled bottles. I will definitely use them again.

GBVery poor service Very poor service! They didn't say what day or time they was coming round like they emailed to say they would. So obviously I missed them . But I only missed them by 13 minutes and they couldn't be bothered to come back that day . Either way they didn't tell me when they was coming. And when I called to politely tell them what has happened there was no apology. Canceled the order will not go to them again. So sad as how Cole it is. They then replied to me lieing saying they didn't say they would contact me even tho they emailed me saying that . And they did NOT wait 15 mins at all! I text them 13 minutes after and they had already left, there reply is all lies

GBChained up gas bottles. I have my gas bottles chained up and one day i forgot to unchain the empty ones , he left the new ones, realising what i had done i phoned them and he came back before he finished to collect the old ones .🙂
