GBFedEx had handled the package poorly FedEx had handled the package poorly. However the packaging by express water was so good it didn’t matter. The filter was perfect. Everything was fine. I have installed the unit, however I have not started running water through it. More to follow if it removes the sediment.

GBI'm on the east coast and the time… I'm on the east coast and the time difference is problem. Having someone answering the phones earlier or later in the day would be a very customer service oriented improvement.

GBI received my order which should have… I received my order which should have been Sed, ACB and GAC filters however I received Sed,ACB and KDF filter set. When I called / Emailed about the issue it took a few several requests for pictures to get a solution. In the future if pictures of the outside and the inside are required it should be stated in the first request so there is less frustration on the customers part

GBLove your product Love your product, Whole House System- Ultimate Protection. Does a great job. Recently bought 3 additional years of replacement filter cartridges (9 cartridges; ACB, KDF, PHO) which I think should have come with new o-rings, since replacing cartridges could easily be a source of leaks and frustration. Would like to suggest that for the future.

GBA very well made unit A very well made unit, I was actually surprised how well it is made, even the gauges are quality, As soon as I received it I immeadiately installed it, it's has been up and running for about 15 days and yes I notice right away the odor from the water dissappered, also When I fill a glass of water how clear and sparkeling the water is. I did for the first time in eight years I did drink a cold glass of water from the tap. Thank you Express
