Great product, great service As a furniture restoration professional, I need period-appropriate replacement screws...and I like them to have a deep, consistent slot so I don't bugger them up when installing. Once I have "aged" the screws from Fastenere, they look great on the older pieces. Further, they have ALL the sizes and types of brass screws I need: from zero to eighteen (including both odd and even sizes!) and all types of heads. I have never had one break during installation as long as the proper starting hole size was used. Great product, on-time delivery, and reasonable pricing.

Fastenere had the stainless fasteners… Fastenere had the stainless fasteners when no one else within a reasonable distance had them and i received my order the next day! Fastenere is now my go to store they have a great selection along with great prices. sincerely, richard campbell.

You need it, Fastenere has it No one could supply us with a bolt meeting specific requirements in quality and length. Fastenere came through and saved us a costly amount for a complete replacement.

Incredible customer service. Incredible customer service. I had a really weird part that the folks at Lowes and Home Depot couldn't identify. I bought what I thought was closest, but that didn't work. Fastenere customer service had me send it in, refunded my original purchase, matched the part exactly, and sent me the new ones. It was fantastic and I would absolutely use them again.

2 weeks just to ship. Absurd. 15 days between when an order said it shipped and when it started moving through the USPS. Either their local PO is unprepared to work with bulk customers or Fastenere isn’t actually handing off the package when they mark something as shipped. Two weeks before an item even starts traveling is absurd. I inquired at a week what was up, and got zero email response. And I still haven’t received the order, since it just barely moved (one facility in origin town to another) since March 15.
