Great Jack plate/ Made in the USA! Overall happy with the jack plate. Definitely did what I needed it to do. However, the provided bolts should be longer, especially if they're going to be used with the available brackets. I had to buy new, longer bolts in order to mount the jack plate and brackets therefore wasting some of my money.

Fast shipping but i thought it would be… Fast shipping but i thought or maybe i assumed it would be one 2 inch thick adapter plate and not 2 one inch plates that i was purchasing…because i already had 1 one inch plate and now i have three one inch plates…no where did it state 2 one inch plates that you bolt together…more detailed explanation of what you are purchasing is needed…

Everything was great except the picture… Everything was great except the picture of the motor flush I ordered didn't match what I received. The picture showed water being feed to both sides and the one I received only feed one side. I already owned one like that, but not worth my time to try and return.

Outstanding company and service! First I ordered the wrong size jack plate. I called customer service and talked directly to a person whom spoke English! He was happy to assist me and did so very fast and was very knowledgeable about their products shipping was extremely fast, and the jack plate is very well built. I couldn't be more happy with my entire purchase experience. I will be a returning customer and whole heartedly recommend them to everyone!

American customer service! Nothing like working with an American based business! I made an online order for the wrong size bolts so I called to cancel it. They were very responsive and even though the shipping label had already been printed they were able to cancel it with no charge.
