The website only allows and order of 10… The website only allows and order of 10 pieces. I needed 2 different items of 12 pieces. Very frustrating…when I called customer service I waited over 30 minutes for a reply….though she was nice it was obvious she was in a hurry to be done with my order so she could move onto another. She did apologize for the wait and stated customer service is understaffed. The parts I needed were replacements and it would have taken 3 separate online orders with the associated shipping to accomplish. I’m very disappointed as your product is exceptional……

The quality for price is excellent The quality for price is excellent. I bought a bulk shipment of many different sun sail rigging hardware for a commercial bar in Florida. I've seen junk "stainless steel" before. This hardware is the real deal: it held up to very high Florida winds without blinking. The galvanized, vinyl coated cable couldn't have cared less about the almost hurricane force wind and saved our entire overhead lighting system!

I looked into cable railing and found E-rigging on-line and after looking through their products and also thier how to-do videos, make the decision to try my hand at it. By watching the how to videos I was able to figure out what all I needed and placed an order. The order was shipped quickly and a quick watch of a couple of the how to videos, I was off to the races. After I got the first two sections of my decking cabled, my wife and I were both anxious for me to finish replacing the old with the new.
