GBI got them in a subscription box I got them in a subscription box, and I was impressed with the unique data compared to my other apps, so I joined their membership program and waiting for my full experience pack. (You can find discount coupons on Honey if you're interested.) First impressions. The app is well-designed, providing easily accessible overall results. If you're interested in the science of nutrients and their impact on our health, you can delve deeper and read numerous articles. The packaging is light and clear; it could include a cup, but I personally didn't need one. The advice tab was decent, but personally, I would have appreciated more guidance - one set of advice after one test wasn't enough for me. I'll continue to provide updates as I keep using the product.

GBDelivery information I was concerned with you shipping DHL if they would be leaving it on my doorstep when I might not be home but then I found out that you transfer it for delivery through my Postal service.

CHUntrustworthy data I was getting skeptical at some of the scores - especially e.g. seeing low magnesium when I take a daily supplement. So I decided to test Vivoo and do a test every hour for a few hours one day - without doing anything in between. In one day I had: 5/10 magnesium 10/10 magnesium (1h later) 5/10 magnesium (1h later) and the other scores followed the same pattern. Not just the magnesium. In one day I had ‘overall health’ ranging between 5 and 9 - just from one hour to the next. Add to that, the app is very basic. and the sneaky way they hook you into subscriptions. Not impressed at all. Some people may actually base their food and supplement intake on clearly incorrect data that this is giving - it’s impossible to have such deviation of scores between one hour and the next in a controlled environment. Dangerous to get people to rely on shady data.
