Terrible customer service I received my order only to find that I can not get the right dock on my foot. I have sent them 2 emails about returning them but I have not heard back from them. I just chalked this up to lesson learned the hard way.

Ordered for my wife I ordered the socks for my wife. She was skeptical. After almost two years of Doctor visits (including the very morning of ordering) with no satisfaction, I ordered the socks any ways. She has not had the socks off since they arrived. Received my footless neuropathy socks and are as promised Received my footless neuropathy socks. Gave a quick wash. They washed well. Dried easily. Removed the slight chemical smell. I have 5 pairs and have worn them almost 10 days non stop cycling for wash. I have noticed a reduction in stiffness and numbness that had begun moving up one ankle toward calf. I increased my Alpha Lipoic Acid from 200 mgs back to my doctor recommended 1200 mgs per day.Together, I notice a remarkable difference so I can exercise them more to continue improvement. I received my knee supports three days… I received my knee supports three days ago and really cannot believe the difference its made to my mobility. I can now walk for longer than 5 mins without excruciating pain and I can also ascend and descend stairs with practically no issues. My dog would also like to extend his thanks as we can go on decent length walks again after such a long time. Thanks!

Their service will kip you satified but no new or extra features to kip you thrilled. Everything was good except one thng I cud not like, whch was the lck of customer support.
