don't rate your experience when asked! Easy to get a reasonable quote, haven't had any problem with the lawncare company, but as soon as I gave the lawncare service 5 stars based on the 1st visit, the quote increased by 20% within seconds.

Disabled Veteran As my husband is no longer able to do any yard maintenance, we struggle with the appearance of our yard. This young man was on time as promised and very personable! Job done quickly and very well. Our yard looks nice and very neat compared to some others in our area.

Terrible and completely unreliable This company is terrible. I had two different guys cancel at the last minute and there is zero customer service. I left messages and my call was never returned. Don't waste your time.

GREENPAL NEVER FINISHED THE JOB AND TOOK OUR PAYMENT GREENPAL TOOK OUR PAYMENT AND THE LAWN SERVICE NEVER COMPLETED THE JOB..... just left half the grass uncut They do not back their service or keep track of the lawn mowers. all they do is book lawn service and take payment . When theres an issue greenpal doesnt do anything we had an issue with the lawn not being completed. the lawn guy just left without finishing and cancelled our job but greenpal took out payment and paid him. ALSO GREENPAL DOES NOT DO ANY SORT OF BACKGROUND CHECKS ON ITS EMPLOYEES OR CONTRACTORS WHICH SEEMS SHADY AND DANGEROUS LETTING POTENTIAL CRIMINALHAVE ACCESS TO YOUR PROPERTY. reaching customer service is almost impossible..... sometimes the owner answers the phone himself if he thinksits new service with question because theres no call center.... TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE UNTRUSTWOTHY..... (i would say lawnstarter their competitor is just as bad but call center goes to India where they dont help either AVOID online grass mowing contractors
