I absolutely love my purgola I absolutely love my purgola, I bought 2 10x10 and put them together to make a 10x20 so it took some configuring and a professional with help to install. The directions that were sent in the beginning were incorrect and lacking in some areas so it was a bit more confusing to put it together but once it was done it has changed my whole oudoor living experience. It has also made it through 2 hurricanes with no issues. My only concern is the side shades are haveing a little trouble sliding up and down on the tracks, hopefully that doesn't get worse but the shades made a huge difference in privacy and blocking the wind and sun. It seems very sturdy and well made. I also got the heaters which I love in the colder months.

Terrible Customer Service I ordered a 13'x13' Aluminum Pergola over 14 weeks ago. I tried emailing, calling and left voicemails for over 12 weeks but only finally received a response after leaving this review. When purchasing this pergola I was told the delivery time was between 8-12 weeks. So I lined up people to help me assemble/install it in early April when I expected to receive it. Given the order has still not arrived I no longer have the help I lined up and will most likely have to assemble by myself or wait a month for my help to free up again. I have lost confidence in this company before I have even received my order.

Expensive for sure worth it for sure. I purchased a 19x13 Pergola just before last Christmas. It arrived very quickly for an item so large and was very well boxed and protected. It was not the easiest to assemble but everything was very precisely manufactured and went together extremely well. The fit and finish is the best I’ve seen for self assembly product. made of Aluminum and the powder coated finish is beautiful A bonus is it having been made in the USA. One of the boxes of louvres were for a different Pergola and Hansø immediately arranged to ship the correct box and when it arrived a couple of days later they had also arranged for the shipper to take the wrong box away at same time. Customer service was excellent.The pergola is a pride and joy sitting over the end of our pool and we are looking forward to its shade during the coming Texas summer and for many years to come.

Great Product! The pergola arrived very well packaged and undamaged. Assembly was straightforward. The final product is awesome and the louvres make it completely waterproof. I was able to finish the gas line to my outdoor fire pit while raining, since it was under the pergola. Great product overall!

The customer service and sales staff…were excellent. The customer service and sales staff were very helpful, but we were never informed about the glitch of not being able to pull down the screen on the side of our pergola that has the louver crank. We are hoping that the way the installer was able to make some tweeks will allow us to use all four screens this summer.
