They apologized and would send it out and give me tracking info. Two days later had to contact again. It was shipped but failed to send me shipping info

GBHad what we needed and got it to us fast I needed a boiler part quickly that was hard to find. DIY Direct Supply had the part for a good price and offered two day shipping at a reasonable price as well (not $100 like some other websites). When I contacted DIY Direct Supply to ask about date of arrival and indicate I needed it fast, they made sure it got to us the day we needed it, and the person I spoke with was quick and courteous. Happy to recommend to others.

GBVery Poor I place an order for decking material on 5 Nov with delivery promised within 5 working days. I was assured that I would be notified of the delivery day. No notification of delivery was received so on the 6th day I called the company to be informed delivery was scheduled for the following day - when I was unavailable. We rescheduled the delivery for the following week. However, I then received notification by email that the company was cancelling the order and that I would receive a full refund. I have yet to receive the refund of £4200.

CAOur boiler broke down (no hot water or … Our boiler broke down (no hot water or heat) and we needed a new control board pdq. Paid the extra for 2 day shipping. Two days later it arrived on schedule and we couldn't been happier with their service.

GBI have not yet receieved my refund I have not yet receieved my refund. Tracy hasnt replied to my last email from 5 days ago. It has been well over 9 days since your warehouse has recieved the product back. Very disapointed.
