GBMVMT Rooms are the best! Small classes, knowledgeable,professional and friendly staff and a great community of members. Having never tried mobility or strength training before, I joined after loving my experience on a 7 day trial. That was 5 months ago and I’ve been training at the MVMT Rooms ever since (and seeing great results). I can’t recommend training with Sam, Alex and Tom highly enough.

Helping you improve but also ensuring you are learning the correct technique and helping sort out aches and pains where they can. The friendly and encouraging atmosphere here, along with the way the classes work, are just a few other things that make this place really, really great.

GBLove it! I never thought I would enjoy strength training but I cannot recommend MVMT enough. Tom & Alex are fab, they’re supportive and encouraging. The group classes are a perfect size. Everyone is super friendly. I only wish I could attend more!

GBMvmt room The Mvmt room is a well knit community with supportive members and staff. Whether your trying to build strength or recover from an injury, the mvmt room caters to everyone. I couldn’t recommend them enough. For someone who was terrified of joining the gym, I am now confident to train on my own and to join more classes.
