Great products that the company stands behind I’ve never really had any problems with AC Infinity products, I am almost fully AC - grow tent, lights, exhaust fans, circulating fans. They are quality all the way through. I had an issue with a circulating fan I had bought over a year ago skipping gears. When I reached out to ask for troubleshooting advice Alisson responded to me within a day offering to replace the fan for me with the newer generation. That kind of product support is so rare. Truly impressed by the products and customer service coming out of AC Infinity. Thank you guys for pushing the advancement of growing. I will be a customer for life.

I ordered AC INFINITY PRODUCTS after… I ordered AC INFINITY PRODUCTS after reading reviews for months. I still haven't received my order a month later. I'm afraid to complete my set up with the humidifier as it has already been a too lengthy process and I've unfortunately lost time and money thus far... I hope once the remaing items purchased make its way to my door, I'll be able to get this working efficiently & effectively. Poor communication and unpredictable shipping.... still not showing an eta!

I reached out to AC Infinity about my 6… I reached out to AC Infinity about my 6 oscillating fan that it was making a lot of noise oscillating and i was on a tight budget due to im on disability and with prove of purchase they replaced it with the second generation fan...... which is an upgrade so if anyone is looking for an oscillating fan this second generation is amazing.... top quality. AC Infinity was quick to respond and they paid for the shipping and sent it out to me super fast.... i really wasn't expecting them to replace the fan i was more expression my disappointment with the fan i purchased because up to this point the oscillating fans have been crap.... but finally a company has made i product that will last and is top quality.... i believe AC Infinity believes in making there customers happy and they have integrity and class....... i totally recommend AC Infinity if you are looking at any of there products and you will be satisfied.... great company and Thanks again AC Infinity mad respect 🙏 for your business model 👏

If you've purchased from them, you will first notice the shipping Pkg, top notch. The pkg is solid for protection. Just seeing this and the quality of the products has made me a die hard customer for life. The way its pkg'd shows they care for the products and want you to get if safley w/o damage. Best Products Around First off AC Infinity is hands down the best equipment on the market. On the off chance that something does go wrong, don't worry, their customer service team is just as good. I had a controller malfunction on me not too long ago. Nathan from their team easily walked me through some reset protocols step by step. When that didnt work, he had a new one shipped to me asap. Not to mention a sick pack of their ever so hard to come by stickers (much, much appreciated brotha.) This interaction just solidified what I already knew. AC Infinity is without a doubt the best out there. Thank you guys!
