Be careful of 1' extension in older homes Works great. Lots of ports. That said, the ceiling on this older home fits the 1' extension perfectly. The instructions should clearly display the front and backside of the top piece. It wasn't clear, although in retrospect it was obvious, the the gorilla logo faces forward. If working in cramped quarters, clear and concise instructions are important.

A helping Hand!! On 12/1/23 my tracking stated my package was delivered, I didn’t get it! I called on Monday 1/4/23 and spoke to Justin, he said he would look into it and call me back, he did call me back right away and said it was going to be delivered on 1/4/23 and it was!!! He had just walked in the door that morning and found my package for me, he’s an angel!
