The expectations are real Its been like 3 months taking the hormone supplements and to be honest I haven't lost weight but I can see the inches off my waistline and my energy level is so much better. I took them for a month and started to develop hot flashes, which I did not have prior. I contacted the company for a full refund as promised when I purchased the supplements and I was given a half refund. I would gladly return the unused portion of the three bottles purchased, but I was never given that option.
