GBI was not impressed with the 21-day… I was not impressed with the 21-day challenge. Don't waste your money because it's exactly the same thing that you did for the 7-day challenge which is free. I felt like the advice and comments on my food posts were very robotic and not genuine. Stick with the 7-day challenge because members post great food prep ideas and meal pics. You'll be able to get some good info to start you on your keto journey and it's free!

GBIvett’s has just the perfect program… Ivett’s has just the perfect program and support I needed. The “members only” team are also very supportive and we all help each other along the way, we’re all in this together type of vibe. Ivett is definitely knowledgeable and helps with making the right food choices, advice and materials to help you. I’ve done the 7-day challenge for free, the 21 day challenge for a low fee and have signed up for her 6+2 Deep Fat Burning Program and all I can say is it’s a great investment in yourself. I highly recommend this program 👌

CAI have been on my healthy journey going… I have been on my healthy journey going into week number 5. I am very slow loser however I started with 7 day challenge then signed up for 21 day challenge and the 6 plus 2. My experience thus far have been amazing it’s not alone about my weight loss but my overall health feels great. I’ve decided to dedicate this entire year to my health and thanks to ivett and her coaching this support has been absolutely amazing. She answers your questions provide feedbacks on your meal and what I absolutely love is that you are not eating just high fat that veggies are highly recommended. CAMade my transitioning to keto diet… Made my transitioning to keto diet easier. I'm diabetic and my sugar was getting out of control even with meds, my naturopath doctor advised me to switch to keto. Finished the 7 day challenge, now on my 6th day of the 21 day challenge and I am feeling great. Feel lighter, blood sugar levels are like my pre diabetic days, lost 7 lbs and no more bloated feeling. Ivett is a great support and this is an awesome group
