Amazing help with Live Chat customer service I was very pleased to know that I was speaking with real person over the Live Chat who helped me with my customer service issue. When dealing with my concern, I really didn’t think the issue was going to be solved. But I was wrong. Customer service was amazing with answering my questions and making sure I was getting answers. The fast response to fixing my order was amazing! I am very pleased with the great support and help that I was given! I’m very pleased with all of my purchases and for all my future purchases.

Customer Service Response I reached out to customer service asking for help regarding a gift offer/subscription issue. I placed an order and reactivated a subscription. About 45 minutes later, I received a text wherein I could receive a free topical magnesium – if I reactivated a subscription. I reached out to see if they could somehow get this in with the one I has just reactivated. My 2 orders had already been shipped out by the time customer service got back to me, but they were able to get the issue corrected/item added on to my next subscription delivery. Not only that, they went above & beyond by gifting me an additional discount my next delivery, which really meant the world to me. I appreciated the kind words, readiness to correct the issue, and willingness to go one step further to make a customer feel supported & appreciated. Jonathan assisted me & did a fantastic job!
