Their communication at all stages of the order is timely and appropriate. Because of their very thorough packaging all the product I have ordered has arrived undamaged although it has been in glass bottles. They don't fill my inbox with ads either. Shipping error made right. There was a shipping error some how. My shipment arrived in a different state and the tracking said it was delivered when it was not. I called to inform them I in fact had not received the product. They checked it out and informed me of the shipping error and quickly sent out another order by air to make it right.

Worst customer service ever Worst customer service ever. I did online chat no reply, I called and left a message no reply and called several times no answer. One item wasn't available no email. Saw that I was credited but didn't know why until my order came.
