Roxie is the best! Roxie is the best!! I initially reached out to Roxie because I was both eager and hesitant to get back to strength training after dealing with neck/back issues. I knew I couldn't train as I had before and felt unsure as to how to get back into the swing of things. Month after month, Roxie has crafted intentional programs for me, being mindful of the modifications that I may need. For that I am very grateful. Roxie has also taught me so much about proper form, core engagement, and breathwork... AND I learned how much protein my body actually needs on a daily basis -- definitely a lot more than I imagined. Couldn't recommend Roxie more! The best trainer I've worked with. :)

Highly Recommended Strength Conditioning Coach I can't recommend Roxie enough as a strength conditioning coach. She's been instrumental in my fitness journey, especially after dealing with lower back issues. Roxie crafts personalized programs that consider your modifications and needs, ensuring you train safely and effectively. Her expertise in form, core engagement, and breathwork has been invaluable.
