I had an ok experience with… I had an ok experience with Smartdrugsx.com. I won't say it was great or bad. The service was adequate. Customer service was quite helpful most of the time. Nothin' extraordinary though. Prices are fair. I found the website quite easy to use. They had most of the products I was lookin' for. All in all, I'd give 'em a star or two. They weren't awe inspiring but they weren't terrible either.

No Confirmation of my Order/ No Response I order yesterday morning. And I had ordered from here before once which was perfect and they contacted me immediately and took care of it professionally. But yesterday I ordered 60 Modalert and I live in Germany. I did paid premium service too. Till now no confirmation of the oder and I did write them but still no response. Hopefully they will write me and I will be posting here again if so. Added: Well Joe did answer my email and told me that he did proceed with the order but the Email was not sent in time because of some concerns. Let’s wait for the order now. Added: Sorry to write it sooner. Actually Joe answered me the date I wrote him and told me he shipped it already. He even was apologetic for the delayed Response. And I did got the products in 2 days. Altogether I have no complaints now and truely thankful.
