Primeadine improves sleep, nails and hair! I am 61 yo and have been taking 5 capsules of Primeadine for about 6 months. My Oura ring is tracking sleep scores in the 80s-90s, which I learned is super high for someone of my age range. My nails were dry and splitting, and now they are improved. From a guy I have used Primeadine for a while now. As a guy I noticed some thinning out of my top corners. Since I use Spermidine I noticed a significant change in the positive direction. I get frequently asked if I color my hair, which I don`t. I realized as well that my sleep is better while using Primeadine. I really like that there is a gluten free choice as well. I just highly recommend Primeadine.
