LABBROS is the BEST! Robert is the king of patience and helpfulness! We bought our Daiwa chair over a year ago and when we had a scuff on the headrest caused by the delivery team, Robert jumped right on it and got the entire headrest replaced, not just the cover! Wow! The chair has worked beautifully from day one and we know if we ever have a problem, Robert will solve it. Great man, great products.

When the new chair was delivered, he set it up in a room. The chair had multiple programs. I was impressed with the professionalism, the service and the actual chair performance. Back Order Review… I ordered a Square bike back in December from Robert at Labbros. They were out of bikes so he personally called me to discuss the situation. He gave me several choices. 1. Return my money. 2. Order a different product. 3. Wait for bike until February. I decided to wait and I paid in advance. He was awesome! He kept me informed via texts... letting me know the status of the bike, calls to manufacturers, back log details, delivery, Fed ex information, etc...I was truly impressed with his personal customer service. I also read his reviews before making my decision. I am glad I did. He is honest, personable and he does truly care about his customers. Thanks Robert... I appreciate all you did for me! I love the bike! Glad I waited!

Love the Chair The purchase, deliver and set up were seamless and very smooth process. The chair is amazing and is perfect for what we were looking for before having to look at back surgery. Great chair - I'd say everyone needs one in their home to promote good health.
