GBA Focus on Health For years I have struggled with my weight and have tried many diets, programs and exercise regimes. I heard Dr. Bikman interviewed on a podcast and it felt like someone was adding the lyrics to the music that has been playing throughout my life. GBOne week in One week in and I'm very excited about personal coaching. Scale didn't work but was quickly replace. I think the app is slightly clunky especially adding the Google Fit app and syncing. I wish the app had a section for personal coaching appointments and goals for the week. So far so good.

Insulin IQ coaches did an excellent job of thoroughly explaining insulin and how it works in the body to control sugar in your blood. They have great smart ideas that help you understand how lifestyle decisions affect both insulin and blood sugar. They are a great resource for asking health related questions and getting answers.
