Not good! I ordered 2 boxes of our favorite… I ordered 2 boxes of our favorite protein bars. They were NOT good. Weird texture and flavor. Either melted and cooled too many times or just bad batch. Reported the problem and did not get satisfactory response or I would not have given a bad review. Not ordering anything from them again unfortunately.

This is an honest to goodness company… This is an honest to goodness company for the people. They look out for their customers and value return business. I've never had a poor experience with this company; wish that all were like them.

Customer service is very slow Customer service is very slow. After never receiving my order I had to reach out to them 3 times and finally get my refund started. I would Never do business again. It’s April 11th still waiting for my refund.

Great website, sales prices misleading. Mostly everything through my purchase experience was great. Easy to navigate website, good selection of products and fast shipping. The only problem I had was the misleading of "sale price". All of these products are offered through other websites, including the actual brand websites. The "sale price" on Nutrition Faktory are regular price everywhere else. Just a bit misleading. But otherwise I have no complaints.
