Feeling good… I have been on the bio 3 total restore capsules for approximately 3 weeks now. Within the first week I found a noticeable change in gut comfort and a reduction in acid reflux. I find although I still eat comfort foods like chocolate the desire is greatly reduced and I only fancy a chocolate bar occasionally say once a week rather than daily. My activity level has increased too

Wow! I have IBS, diabete's and take a number of medications. I have been looking at ways to improve my health and I'm loving how I'm feeling using Total Restore and Bio Complete 3. My gut is more settled, I have more energy and vitality, I feel better in so many ways. I'm only a month in on this journey and can't wait to see further improvement. My family notices the difference and they want in with these products.

The best olive oil ever! I started to take the olive oil and i was so surprised as to the taste and the results, i went from a 42 waist to a 40 waist in about 1 month now i am getting down a little slimmer to a 39 waist. I snored a lot at night and after drinking the oil at night no more snoring. I feel better all day long and my sex drive has improved, i use this olive oil on my food as much as i can . I have tried other olive oil but this olive oil is the best so far.

It's been a little over a month I… It's been a little over a month I believe since I started Bio Complete and Total Restore and so far it really seems to be helping my digestive system, because I have suffered for years with IBS and it really seems to be working. It's also helped with my energy level, nothing drastically but a noticeable difference. Customer service was great.

Impressive Results I had a repair of a large paraesophageal hernia, fundiplication and a peg tube x 6 weeks at the end of September 2022. I developed gastroparesis with incredible abd distention and very infreq BMs. I a started using lectin sheild with improvement. I added total gut restore and I am doing so much better. BMS Daily or every other day at a minimum, much less painful distension. Has not made the gastroparesis go totally away, but livable. Will be 65 in March, RN x 45 years and still working.
