Feeling good… I have been on the bio 3 total restore capsules for approximately 3 weeks now. Within the first week I found a noticeable change in gut comfort and a reduction in acid reflux. I find although I still eat comfort foods like chocolate the desire is greatly reduced and I only fancy a chocolate bar occasionally say once a week rather than daily.
