Excellent info and communication I found their website very clear and concise and offered more comprehensive information about chosing red light products than I'd found elsewhere. Are committed to informing customers, not just getting a sale. Communication/responses were remarkably quick and relevant to my enquiries, overall an impressive and positive experience.

My experince with Gembared.com was… My experince with Gembared.com was almst good. Prices were resonable and the range of prodcts was quite wid. Selection was quite satisfiyng too. My product was despatched on time. The only downside was that the process was a bit lenthy. Packging could be better. Overall I am satified with my experience but I hope for it to be improved further.

I love my Rex, could be sturdier I love my Rex panel. My only complaint is how flimsy the casing is. It is made of the thinnest cheapest plastic with sharp edges. Since this is used so close to the body, those sharp edges have scratched and hurt me inadvertently many times. The port where the plug must be inserted and removed each time (no on/off switch) is barely held by this flimsy plastic and seems to move around and pull out of place when I carefully remove the plug after each daily use. Absolutely no complaints about the integrity of the company, I just wish the casing and port for the plug were a little more sturdy since this thing gets a lot of daily use close to the body... it DOES get pretty hot after about 10 minutes of being on. Probably pretty normal :)
