CAI love it it overall I love it it overall - intermittent server glitches that make me lose my workout have been annoying, but it's only happened twice. Would be great if there was a way to save them locally when servers fail.

GBThis is a review for the CoPilot… This is a review for the CoPilot workout app (as opposed to Copilot, the AI tool from Microsoft--there seems to be some confusion there--notice the capital "P"!) I have been using CoPilot first on Android and currently on iOS for nearly two years, and I must say, it is the best remote personal training app for the buck. It is about half the price monthly compared to the other ones, and provides nearly all of the same features. My coach/trainer is helpful and checks in every day. With iOS, there is the added benefit that if you use Apple Watch, the accelerometer is utilized to provide exercise movement feedback. My workouts are suited for my goals, and I have seen a lot of improvement as a 50-something male in the strength department. I would definitely recommend CoPilot to those who want to get serious about their fitness, but are a bit apprehensive (and budget-constrained) to meet in person with a personal trainer.

GBAn excellent workout and health app An excellent workout and health app! I love having a real life coach to create my workout plan, give advice, and encourage my progress. The workout app works very well and is easy to use and navigate.

GBGreat trainers and app, highly recommend I have been worked with a Copilot trainer for almost a year now and have loved the experience, convenience, and affordability of having a personal trainer and accountability partner through the power of the app. I signed up for Copilot after having a baby to help me get back into a fitness routine. My experience with the trainers I’ve been assigned with has been excellent; they are understanding and motivating. Highly recommend Copilot for anyone who wants to meet their fitness goals.

DEGreat fitness app I‘m reviewing the fitness app, not the Microsoft AI service, which some of the other reviews seem to mistakenly address. I found the app, because a YouTuber recommended it and tried to do some research before signing up, but there weren‘t too many reviews out there, so I decided to just test it (there is a free trial period). More than three months later, I am still using it. I have a very hard time with consistently exercising, but the individual workouts I can do from home have really helped me to stick with it. My trainer is very nice and checks in regularly. When I signed up for a run, she adjusted the training plan and when I needed to do physical therapy exercises, she added those as well, so it‘s easier for me to stick with them. I also like the flexible subscription service, though I plan to stay with them! There are some minor issues I have with the app, and of course the trainer can’t correct my form as if they were there in person, but overall everything works just fine and I think the price is fair for what is offered (though I hope it won‘t increase, so I can keep affording it). I already feel fitter than when I started out a few months ago and look forward to getting even healthier. Thanks for such a great concept!
