Twist the applicator first! I've seen reviews of people struggling with the applicators but they just need to be twisted first and then they are easy to use. I much prefer using these products compared to my old usuals! Feel like there's less risk using them because of the materials used! They're lovely, soft and absorbent!

Amazing products + service I've purchased pads and menstrual cups from this company. Every product I've received has been fab. In cases where something has gone wrong (i.e. a missing order or a cup breaking), I've contacted them and been met with customer service that is second to none. No questions asked, replacements are sent, sometimes even with same-day delivery if you can catch them early enough. Fantastic service What a great company. We have an account manager who is professional and so friendly (and efficient) and I have also contacted customer service who dealt with my request promptly too. You can tell it's a happy environment as it comes across when you liaise with them.
