It’s amazing It’s amazing! I ordered it but have to admit that for a few day the packages were laying in my home and I wasn’t sure if I really want to try it. But I gave it a go! After 2 days my coughing and the amount of mucus became so much better. The last 30 years my friends and my family just know me caughing. But now just after a few day of taking one sachet of Lignosus it’s incredible. Now I have to learn that I don’t need to cough. Just still a little bit in the morning but no more during the day. Absolutely amazing Absolutely amazing. I am a die hard sceptic of anything that makes bold claims and is not prescribed by a doctor. Given the peer reviewed and positive reports from reputed establishments I thought I’d give it a try, and it has had remarkable results. I have very fragile lungs and colds, covid etc result in coughs that last weeks and frequent shortness of breath. I also have a post nasal drip that means in the morning I cough heavily for the first 30 mins. After a few days my cough has almost gone and I am breathing in a way I haven’t since I was in my 20’s. I received my order about 4 days ago… I received my order about 4 days ago now. I I have to say it’s working already. I’ve gone from using my inhaler everyday multiple times to hardly using it at all. It’s great tasting. I pour it straight into my mouth and wash it down with a drink. I suffer from COPD I suffer from COPD and have tried various remedies to alleviate my symptoms and assist my breathing so I was a bit sceptical of trying this. I'm now on day 7 of 2 sachets a day and seeing a huge difference. My breathing is so much improved that I've actually started going walking again. I'm sleeping better because I'm not constantly coughing all night and my chest is not as rattly as the mucus is also much relieved.
