No alcohol, no problem with this on your side Great product. I started out with the Mixed Berry Flavor and found myself VERY happy with the results of it. After about 2 weeks, I couldn’t resist ordering the pineapple flavor and fell in love with it as well. I’m heading out in a cruise in a couple of weeks and passed up on even purchasing an “onboard drink package” because I know for a fact I won’t need to consume alcohol on the ship with U Relax packets in my luggage.

Fantastic alternative for wine if that is what you’re looking for and it helps you to sleep. I love pineapple flavor, mixed berries tastes like cough medicine :(( I actually love to blend it with ice and serve chilled on a nice glass!

I have tried a few products out there… I have tried a few products out there and none give the buzzy, calming feeling that this one does. The strong taste could be improved over time but for now I enjoy blending the pineapple with zero calorie/sugar crystal lite, citrus or strawberry flavor. The science behind this product is also clearly stated and that’s what I like the most with this company!
