When I emailed Anavii regarding a delayed shipment they responded immediately with the complete delivery info already research and the rep was friendly, polite and super professional. When I responded that I found it (my husband has Alzheimers and often moves/hides mail) the rep did not make me feel like I had wasted her time, in fact quite the opposite! How refreshing! I was very impressed and feel very good abut the company, the products and their fantastic customer service. I highly recommend them. FYI, I use the products as an occasional sleep aid (gummies) and to reduce acid reflux symptoms nightly (gel caps). I have had great results in treating these conditions.
