The customer service representatives were polite and helpful, but nothing about my experience stood out. I received the product I ordered, but there was nothing special about the process. The site was fairly easy to navigate, but nothing about it was noteworthy. Overall, my experience with the company was ok and fair, and I wouldn't consider it to be a bad experince, nor a particularly good one.
