ustomer service during ordering, fabrication and delivery. Excellent service with help in designing the building, placing the order and shipping to my site. The building went together very easily and all parts were included in the pre-engineered structure. Good experience working with Rhino Building.

Rhino is serious about customer service and produces good products as well. Rhino has been up front and honest with us since our first contact. They were quick to respond to all correspondence and happy to design our building according to our specifications. They followed up quickly and even after the building was paid for and delivered they continued to check up until and throughout the erection process. Their materials are good quality and seemed to come together as they should. To top everything off their price was also very competitive. We are pleased with Rhino and would recommend them to anyone looking to buy steel.

My Rhyno Building The Building materials are great. The amount of hardware I was left with, quite excessive, a lot of money for extra hardware sitting in boxes that will hardly be used. Communications from sales guy could have been better, a few calls that I made, I felt guy was just put off by my questions / concerns. Contractor / installer did ok some panels on front of building buckled, panels inside not plumb with red iron... Overall experience OK... could have been better.

Good building, but room for improvement I purchased a 40x60 building and am happy with the building itself. The process of ordering to delivery was fine. I initially used a builder from a Rhino supplied list to construct the building. He said it would take 2-3 weeks….he started in Mid-September and I fired him the week of Thanksgiving because he still wasn't done. In addition, the quality of the work was very substandard. Not directly tied to Rhino, but if they want a "5" rating then they should be more involved in the entire process….after all, they did supply the builder's name. Another thing in my opinion is Rhino is to rigid in their work with customers. I would like to purchase additional material to create a covered patio attached to the building as well as a stand alone cover patio for a picnic table to sit under, but the rigidity of Rhino does not allow this. Again, this is what is preventing them from getting a "5". I am following the description above and giving Rhino a rating of "3" because it was an acceptable experience.
