GBDidn’t send refund with out of stock product I did their dog food survey & paid $4.99 for shipping. Next day I received an email saying product Out of Stock and my card was being refunded the shipping cost within 14 business days. It’s been over 14 business days, no refund, hasn’t responded to my emails or facebook message, so I filed a fraud complaint with my bank.

I have not received it and no one responds to their customer service email address, so I will be contesting the charge with my bank. Annoyed that I fell for a scam.
