A random act of kindness I experienced from Nash Carpet One Floor & Home I never bought anything from this store but I would like to share what I've experienced from one of the store owners named Chris yesterday afternoon. I had bought a piece of carpet runner from Home Depot to cover the square area of the stairway in my house because my 9 years old Tibetan Terrier was having a hard time going up and down the slippery non-carpeted stairway. I took the runner to a persian carpet store to if they can sewn/stiched up the two loose sides of the runner since they were cut up from the roll. The store owner said, they only provide that service for the people who buy their expensive persian carpet. So, I found an upholstery store and they said they don't do carpets but they can do it for a fee which I thought was too much, which was almost the three times the amount the price of the carpet piece. So I walked out of the store in disappointment. Then, I saw Nash Carpet One Floor & Home store. I didn't expect to get any result, but I wanted to give it a try before going back home for dinner. I showed the little piece of carpet runner and told the store owner what I needed. The store owner listened to me and said he can't do it himself but he knows someone who works for him who can help me!!! Then, he told me where to go to find this person and he would call this person to expect me. I couldn't believe his words, his kindness, his generosity!!! He gave me the direction to where I can find this person who can sew up the loose sides of my carpet runner. I didn't want to act like I got all the information when I know that I am bad at remembering directions. So I told him I am not smart enough remember and I grabbed a piece of paper on the counter and wrote down the direction. I found the place where Chris Nash told me to, a few blocks away from the showroom, and there was a person name Willie who received me, telling me that Nash had called for me. I waited about 30 min. right there in the office while Wille was working on my carpet runner. I wanted to give Willie $20.00 as a token of my appreciation but he insisted that it was okay. I came home and told my husband about what had happened and we both couldn't believe that there are still really really nice people in the world, like Chris Nash, and also Willie. I had never purchased anything from Nash Carpet One Floor & Home before, but if the people who own and work at this place have this kind of integrity and are kind-hearted people, and if they treat non-customers this nicely, I can imagine what wonderful experience you will have as a customer of this store!, I highly highly recommend this store! excellent service to repair water-damaged flooring The repair to my parquet flooring was complicated. First new tiles to match existing floor tiles had to be especially manufactured, then installed and finally stained to match existing flooring -- a process that took months. Special thanks to Eddie who patiently worked on the installation and finishing.

Nash Carpet One-Excellent in Every Way From meeting with Chris about choosing the right type of carpet and what kind of budget we had to work with, to the completion of the installation process, the experience was 5 stars. Chris guided us as to what material would be the right one for our needs as we have a pet and some high traffic areas. We had the bedroom, closet, and living room newly carpeted. We also had hardwood put in the upstairs hall. The work done by the crew was well executed. They were courteous, hard working, and obviously enjoyed their craft. The crew that came the next day to install the carpeting were the same. Both left the work area spotless. I would not hesitate to return to Nash Carpet One Floor and Home for our next project.

Disappointing I have just had a carpet fitted to my hall and stairs. February 2021 despite ringing several times 2 small jobs left to do HAVE NOT BEEN DONE.

Excellent service with great attention… Excellent service with great attention to detail in repairing a partially damaged hardwood floor and blending in the stain to match the existing wood floors. Top marks for Nash!
