The app is easy to use but.... The app is easy to use. The rewards are incredibly low. The rewards are also low. On many occasions, I was asked to submit my annual income. I do not disclose this information unless it is needed for a transaction. Accumulating receipt points does not warrant the need for my income level. It doesn't have an option like many places for you to choose "I do not wish to answer."Additionally, it would not let me proceed without answering which I did not!

Camera Usage Surveys Coin Slots The camera has extremely poor resolution as compared to other apps like Receipt Pal. Get numerous responses they can’t be read but other apps are not a problem. Also the surveys are rude- example one recently for alcohol beverages. Asked my age ie 72 and then dumped me out. 72 year olds don’t drink? Also for the difficulty in photo taking the amount of coins needed for a measly $40 Amazon card is a joke. Other apps offer far more and less coins to achieve a dollar reimbursement. And the hog slots are a joke as well - does anyone ever collect the big coin wins? I have been playing the slots for a long time and typically are 5 coins. The app is not very rewarding!

Customer Service fast response I emailed the Receipt Hog support email because I need help for changing my phone number on my receipt hog account to redeem my reward. There was an issue with their system whenever I make the changes on my end. The customer rep responded quickly and solve the issue on the next business day I emailed them.

I got locked out all of sudden b cause… I got locked out all of sudden b cause of their password update program error? Requested help two times two weeks ago. No one hasn’t reached out to me yet. I read that customer service agent helped other reviewers. I guess there is only one person in customer service dept. I had $160 in my receipt hog account. Update I was able to reset my password by clicking the reset button. How could i not see that before??? Maybe i was in panic. But still no customer service yet.

I love this app I love this app it requires me to do very little, and I actually make money off of it not money to live on that money to buy myself something special. I changed my phone number sent an email requesting that it be changed on my app and that was done immediately, which allowed me to cash out. I love this app and I think it’s great.
